Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Region We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only (the "Lower 48"). We do not ship to the following U.S. territories or non-contiguous regions:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- American Samoa
- Northern Mariana Islands
- U.S. Minor Outlying Islands
If your shipping address falls within any of the above regions, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders totaling $99.00 USD or more (after any discounts, before taxes).
For orders below $99.00 USD, standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: All orders are shipped from China. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States (contiguous 48 states): 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
4. Taxes & Duties All prices are tax-inclusive. Taxes are covered by the seller — no additional tax charges will be applied at checkout or upon delivery.
As your order ships from China, it may be subject to U.S. customs inspection. Import duties, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.
6. Custom & Personalized Products — Final Sale All custom and personalized orders are made-to-order and are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom items once an order has been placed.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at postmaster@sigileast.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
