Thank you for shopping with SigilEast. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that are damaged, used, or returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products (including made-to-order and print-on-demand items) — all sales are final and cannot be returned
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@sigileast.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@sigileast.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
