Orders & Payment

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@sigileast.com if you need to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days within the contiguous United States.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of $99.00 or more. A flat fee of $9.90 applies to orders under $99.00.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Customized or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@sigileast.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Do you offer customized products?
Yes, we offer customized and personalized products. Please note that all customized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
